About Kimber Shook I'm a huge sci-fi fan. I love all the paranormal, fantasy and sci-fi genres, of course, when romance is thrown in, it just makes it even better. I grew up with a desire to write. Now being considered a middle-aged woman I have decided I'm running out of time. I stopped taking for granted the amount of time I have left to live and take matters into my own hands by actually working on a dream. Writing a novel, Destiny Unhinged. It's a great feeling to say I'm not just waiting for life to come to me, but rather I'm going after it and not letting go.

Impossible Review
Impossible, is a modern day fairytale,
unique and stunning in every aspect. Nancy Werlin weaves a tale full of love,
family, hope and an ultimate battle between good and evil that rests in the
hands of a young girl who is trapped in a family curse.
Lucy
doesn’t have much to do with her mother who went off the deep end after her
birth and can be found wandering aimlessly around town with a shopping cart.
Lucy sometimes even pretends that crazy Miranda isn’t her real mother at all
and that Soledad, her adoptive mother, really is.
But
when Miranda starts showing up regularly, singing that hauntingly beautiful
ballad, “Scarborough Fair”, it’s almost as if she’s trying to give Lucy a
message. But Lucy doesn’t understand what that message is.
When
Soledad brings Pagraig Seeley home from work one day, Lucy senses something is
off about him but she has no clue that he is, in fact, the maker of an ancient
curse upon the women of her family. If she does not do something very soon then
the curse will fall to her and she could end up just like Miranda. But now Lucy
doesn’t have only herself to think of…

Biting Oz Book Tour and Promo Blast
Biting Oz
Real vampires do musicals. Gunter Marie "Junior" Stieg is stuck selling sausage for her folks in small-town Meiers Corners. Until one day she's offered a way out-the chance to play pit orchestra for a musical headed for Broadway: Oz Wonderful Oz. But someone is threatening the show's young star. To save the production, Junior must join forces with the star's dark, secretive bodyguard, whose sapphire eyes and lyrical Welsh accent thrill her. And whose hard, muscular body sets fire to her passions. Fierce as a warrior, enigmatic as a druid, Glynn Rhys-Jenkins has searched eight hundred years for a home. Junior's get-out-of-Dodge attitude burns him, but everything else about her inflames him, from her petite body and sharp mind to what she can do with her hip-length braid. Then a sensuous, insidious evil threatens not only the show, but the very foundations of Meiers Corners. To fight it, Junior and Glynn must face the truth about themselves-and the true meaning of love and home. Warning: Cue the music, click your heels together, make a wish and get ready for one steamy vampire romance. Contains biting, multiple climaxes, embarrassing innuendos, ka-click/ka-ching violence, sausage wars and-shudder-pistachio fluff.Tour dates: August 20-August 31 Kindle

Her favorite Arthurian piece is the poem The Lady of Shalott by Lord Alfred Tennyson. A hopeless romantic, she's a longtime member of the Romance Writer's of America. Dragon Fire Book Review
Dragon Fire
At nineteen, Delcan wants nothing more than to break the bonds of what the world expects of him; winning the tournament at the Flarian Festival and earning a place as a squire is the only way he knows how. When he discovers his own father’s secret past and his role in the kingdom’s history, Delcan’s life as a squire suddenly becomes complicated; when he falls in love with the princess, Aria, it turns deadly.Dragon Fire is the story of a farmer’s son and a princess who dreamed of becoming a knight. It is a coming-of-age tale set in a world where the young have no hope and the old no longer believe in magic. With compelling characters and vivid language, it is an action-packed story of romance, hope, sacrifice, and the most unlikely of heroes.

Fantasy is not my usually preferred genre, but DRAGON FIRE drew me in from the first
pages. Alvarez paints such vivid pictures that the reader feels part of the action. The
main characters, Delcan (a simple peasant boy), Aria (a princess who wants to be so
much more) and Galyan (a wizard who wants to see destiny fulfilled), are engaging and
real, and the plot is full of action. From the ancient prophesies to the intriguing secrets
and romance, this book will keep the reader guessing and involved in each twist and turn.
An excellent first novel by a promising new writer!

Do you like hot sexy action packed books? Then you should pick this one up. I have told everyone I have come in contact with about this book. I bought this book as soon as it was released and from the first page I couldn’t put it down. As much a I liked the author’s other books this one is even better. I really enjoyed Stephanie Nelson’s Gwen Spark’s series but I connected better with Anna. Maybe because she has issues with humans like I do… I kid , I kid
She was out in the woods one day and was attacked. She joined the local pack and had to start off at the bottom. Her and the alpha had some serious serious attraction but he had an alpha female already. Anna dates someone else in the pack, he is actually very likeable but I felt a little sad for him because her heart was with Adam even though she kept denying him.
Oh and everything thinks she is the ones killing the humans in the area even Anna isn’t sure she it’s her.
I bought this book the moment it was released and this is my honest review.
