Brady Clark’s family chooses horrible timing for their first camping trip – a night when a fierce storm leaves them stranded in the woods. I don't know that I have every ready anything by JR Thompson -- but believe me, I will make sure to read more of JR's books in the future!!!
"Revenge Fires Back" is definitely a book that should make you realize just how unjust our "justice system" can be. The Clark family went on a camping trip and encountered a major rain storm the first night out. The three young boys and their parents each had their own issues about being out in the rainstorm. Roxanne (the mother) decided she had had enough and was ready to head home. BUT - the a part of a tree had fallen on their van. The next thing you know - you are hearing a blood curdling scream. OK -- I can't tell you anymore without giving away some or all of the story. Just believe me when I say, this is an awesome book and once you start reading, you will want to read to the finish!!!
I highly recommend this book to people of all ages! It is definitely a huge eye opener!
