Susan has had to make some big decisions for such a young age... I was so excited to see a book two on this series. Book two she is growing into this part. She has now excepted her life in this in between place. She dives into the histories and tries to figure out the missing pieces about who plays what roll in this world. Susan also realizes her feelings for Will (not going by Billy any longer) and realizes she has all these boys looking at her because she's the only female Death. Oh what could go wrong there. This is full of mystery and danger and adventures you don't expect. Loved it. Oh.... And one more thing, dragons.... Oh yes. There are dragons!! Enjoy!! This was given to me for my honest opinion... You got it. :)

About the author:

Christopher Mannino’s life is best described as an unending creative outlet. He teaches high school theatre in Greenbelt, Maryland. In addition to his daily drama classes, he runs several after-school performance/production drama groups. He spends his summers writing and singing. Mannino holds a Master of Arts in Theatre Education from Catholic University, and has studied mythology and literature both in America and at Oxford University. His work with young people helped inspire him to write young adult fantasy, although it was his love of reading that truly brought his writing to life.

I am truly enjoying the writing of Taryn Scarlett - this is an amazing little series.

Not the normal type book that I have been reading, but it was a very informative type book that really kept my interest until the end!!! Taryn again has done an awesome job of describing in detail the surroundings and everything that is taking place in the story. Delilah lives a life of running and hiding - until she finds Samson. I don't write spoilers -- but believe me, you will be amazed at the way the story unfolds and what happens in the end. I'm sure that you will also find that this is a book that is hard to put down once you start reading.

 I was given a copy of this book for an honest review.

Amazing book!!! This was the first book that I have read by Kathryn R. Biel and I can guarantee that I will continue reading for of her books in the future!!!I really enjoyed the story of Sadie, who actually believes that she can kill people with her thoughts. I love how Kathryn goes into such detail in regards to describing the characters. She truly makes you feel like you are there and taking part in the story yourself.This is definitely one of those --- I can't stop reading this until I finish it - type book!!!I was given a copy of this book for an honest review.

Telling stories of resilient women, Kathryn Biel hails from upstate New York and is a spouse and mother of two wonderful and energetic kids. In between being Chief Home Officer and Director of Child Development of the Biel household, she works as a school-based physical therapist. She attended Boston University and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The Sage Colleges. After years of writing countless letters of medical necessity for wheelchairs, finding increasingly creative ways to encourage the government and insurance companies to fund her clients' needs, and writing entertaining annual Christmas letters, she decided to take a shot at writing the kind of novel that she likes to read. I love that line. I can totally relate. You see, I am a founding and continued member of the band Smash Mouth. Yet I am, proudly and alas, the bass player. I’m not famous. My band is.

From the beginning, Smash Mouth was set up as a democracy between four musicians and a manager, each player having an equal voice on band matters. Yet we were all fully aware and accepting of the fact that, as lead singer/frontman, Steve Harwell would be getting a disproportionate amount of attention. Seeing as he is the face and mouthpiece of Smash Mouth, you may be a little disappointed he didn't write this book.

But stay with me here. Because as you'll see, I have a unique vantage point: as one of only four original constituents, I’ve been involved in every aspect of the band since day one. Only Steve and I have trod every step of this Smash Mouth journey. Also, while traditionally under-recognized, the bass player himself sees everything. Plus I went to college. Who better to write a book about Smash Mouth?

That said, keep in mind this book is solely from my point of view. Steve, Greg, Kevin, and Robert would obviously have different takes on certain events. However, this book is simply intended as a comprehensive account of our rise to fame and continued success.

Oh my sweet Kantara.  This book took me by surprise in such a good way.  Imagine vampires... vampires in our world.  Yes we have read a million books about them, but to be written as if they are writing their story to you.  Speaking to the reader... Calling out the details of being a vampire. Even better twist is having them originate from another world..aliens... to adjust to our world they become blood drinkers... they worship gods and goddess... greek lore in vampire world. Have i got  your attention yet?  Trust me, this is a great read. The intrigue of what the point of the whole book is... That in itself kept me reading. Wings... they have WINGS... 

Kantara was born to an original vampire. So she is a born vampire and also considered a goddess. She has lived for so many years and seen so much of the world. I think this is one of the reasons she decides to write a book.....I wont' spoil the book itself. Lets just say, its a great book and leave it at that. I was given this book for my honest opinion. This ones a short one.  Too much to be given away...

About the author:

My main loves are writing, painting and singing. I began work as a PA but to my joy was spotted by an agent in London and had an exciting career as a singer, meeting and singing with some wonderful people. Singing meant a lot of travelling both in the UK and abroad. At one time, I toured Germany and Turkey singing for the American troops, which was a fantastic experience. But then, my husband and I wanted a family, so I said good-bye to the singing career, although I did the occasional gig. Having children is such a precious time, and I would say to anyone, treasure it, it goes so quickly and before you know it, you’re waving them off to Uni or pursuing their own dreams and their own homes. I have always had a deep interest in psychology for various reasons, and especially the area of neurosis arising from abuse. Later, I was to study how we could use our body, mind and spirit to relieve pain and overcome some life-threatening diseases. One important thing here is, I always told my patients to continue with medical treatment along with the complementary and spiritual methods, for I believe medical research and medication is also a gift from God, Spirit or the Universe, as each of us wishes to name it. I have loved writing from a child and during the years of study, research and treating some wonderful people, whom I called my friends, I would write at night, mainly short stories, and reams of poetry. I wanted to learn how to write self-help books for my clients, so I took creative writing courses at university, which led to writing a novel. So self-help novels turned to fiction but even so, I hope the novels help the reader through their own challenges, as the characters experience love, loss, passion, jealousy, illness, joy and conflict, even the threat of death.

Antoinette's Review:

When I read the first two books I truly hoped that a third would be written.  The idea of being able to go back in time to save someone from death or anything...  Something I believe we can all understand and feel.... 

Lara is stuck connected to rewind in yet another book.  I had truly hoped she would find her freedom.  Her life with Dom after all the bad stuff in the past.  But now they have fitted her with equipment in her brain that they say they own,  so now they own her.  To make things worse,  Lara is losing time and has no idea why  flashes of the future are coming to her..   In a twist,  the introduction of a future employees of rewind,  an enforcer.  They are given a glimpse of what someone will do in the future and are arrested and tried as if they did it.  However,  someone is using the system to stop anyone who wants to stop reminds progression.

This books has so much in it.  This is just the first quarter of the book.

Full of surprises and suspense and of course love.  I was given this book for my honest review and there you have it.
